Meet the Team

Serious4Sport have many qualified coaches in a variety of sports, who have a vast amount of experience in coaching children. We have worked as coaches and as teachers whilst gaining our valuable experience in the industry, and are working hard to continue this into the future by gaining even more knowledge in every lesson we deliver.

Meet the Team

Our aim is to:

  • Deliver sport to children to the highest standard

  • Encourage children to have fun through sport

  • Ensure children have a safe environment to play their sport

  • Allow children to stay healthy through sport and tackle childhood obesity

  • Promote participation from all ages and genders

  • Develop talented sportspeople from a young age

The main emphasis from our coaching is for every child to enjoy themselves in our fun and active environment, as parents will realise when they first attend one of the Serious4Sport sessions.

“I cannot recommend Serious4Sport highly enough as football coaches for young children. We have been attending football sessions with them for over 2 years since our son was 18 months old. The sessions are fun and enjoyable for both the children and adults and Serious4Sport are naturals at building your child’s confidence, encouraging participation and bringing out the talent in every child”

“My son really enjoys football with Serious4Sport. Not only have his skills improved, he also has a really great time each week”

“Our 3 1/2 year old son has been coached by Serious4Sport since he was 2 years old and he enjoys it very much and looks forward to it every week. They have an excellent way and style of engaging with young children which makes learning new football skills fun and enjoyable”

“Not only is Saturday’s football training the highlight of the week for my daughter but it is also my personal highlight of the week too. Seeing the enjoyment and fun created by Serious4Sport is priceless. Thoroughly enjoyable and highly recommended”

“We feel Roberts sports sessions have really benefitted his physical development. He has hemiplegia so is slightly weaker down his right side. He comes home from sports sessions very excited and he has learnt to kick, throw and catch balls, enjoyed running and even had the chance to try hurdling. It’s taught him new physical skills and encourages him to listen and follow instructions”

“My son has been with Serious4Sport for two years and still, there is nothing better than seeing him have fun running around with other children. Coach James is extremely friendly and manages to engage with each individual in the class to encourage listening and following instruction. Not only has my son learnt football skills through play, Coach James uses various coaching techniques to teach colours, numbers and shapes along the way. Thank you Serious4Sport!”
